  Texas Casita is a licensed real estate brokerage in the state of Texas. We have experience working with international investors, procuring investment properties, property flipping, and general maintenance. Growing up in a construction family, the Polendo’s understand the various stages of building, permitting, sales and leasing, maintenance, and evictions when necessary.

• Tenants

  We allow in-person rent collection on the first of the month for our tenants. Tenants are welcome to come to our office if they do not wish to use the software. If tenants do not pay in person on the first of the month, they are expected to utilize the platform.

• Working Relationship

  We understand the delicate complexities of working with owners because we ourselves are rental property owners. Texas Casita is willing to work with our owners’ preferred vendors rather than pushing ones that do not benefit the owner’s, tenant’s, or property’s best interest. As we continue growing and structuring our property management company, we are happy and flexible in working with our clients.
